I used to go vapianos quite a bit a few years ago. And honestly their food was absolutely delicious. However ever since it has gotten absolutely disgusting. You order from an online system which gives you the option for extra toppings. You have to pay for the toppings. However when the food comes it is always without any extra toppings you ordered. When you complain they lie and say you never selected the other options. This has now happened to me 3 times. And the food is so bland now without any taste and usually undercooked so the pasta is hard. It is so pricy as well. Such a disappointment

One of my favourite places to eat - if you like pasta I deffo recommend this place best served pasta I have tried.

The Pollo Piccante is horrible never buy this ever again!!!

I have very mixed feelings about this place, a lot of complains here are true, partly

I remember eating at this place years ago and I told my husband no we shouldn’t try it cause so remember the food not being good but he insisted and now we are both sitting here looking at our mistake.

I have been to Vapiano over the years many times but not for a couple of months. Have they changed management. The pasta was under cooked, the dish was dry and half of the ingredients were missing. Bought a cocktail that was badly made and undrinkable and the service girl at the entry rolled her eyes at me (and I wasnt putting in a complaint, just paying) and was very disinterested in being there. Time to find a new restaurant

I like it ! But sometimes you have to wait...

We had a poor experience here which was a shame as I liked the look of the place
